The Financial Conduct Authority’s (FCA) public register of financial services professionals called the Directory of Certified and Assessed Persons, will go live for FCA solo-regulated firms in December 2020. The certified and assessed persons’ information will be publicly available on the FS Register.

The EnOC Pro Platform simplifies the Directory by merging its members’ existing SM&CR data, collating the new information required and presenting it in a comprehensive layout. It then automatically exports it into the data format that is required by the FCA for uploading to the FCA’s Connect System.

The EnOC Pro Platform’s FCA Directory incorporates the following requirements:

1. A consolidated page displaying an individual’s:

  • Senior Manager’s Function
  • Prescribed Responsibilities
  • Certificated Responsibilities
  • Certificated Activities

2. Customer Engagement Method

3. Workplace Location/s

4. Relevant Accredited Bodies to which the individual is a member

5. Auto-export in the data format that is required by the FCA for uploading to FCA’s Connect System

Full details regarding the Directory, and the information that is required for updating into the Directory, can be found in Policy Statement PS19/7.
