What’s your background?
I fell in love with computers when I was 7 years old, after we got a brand new Commodore-64 at home; this made it easy for me to decide what kind of career I wanted to pursue. After graduating from the University of North London with a degree in Computer Science, I continued my studies in Computer Science at Queen Mary University. I worked for a Digital Agency in central London before finally joining Walker Crips Investment Management as an Assistant Director in 2007.
What drives you?
As a developer, I face new challenges on a daily basis; the bigger the challenge, the more interesting it is for me. It’s really rewarding when things come together to form a useful product or tool and it’s something that fills me with a great sense of accomplishment and pride.
What’s your favourite quote?
“Simple things should be simple, complex things should be possible.”
What do you enjoy most about your work at EnOC Technologies?
The fact that we are not dependent on back-end legacy systems. We can build software using whatever platform we think is best.
