What’s your background?
As a child I always enjoyed digital design and anything computer-related. I taught myself to code websites in Notepad before high school, and after high school I began formal education in design where I completed an Advanced Diploma in Graphic Design. I then wanted to continue learning, so I attended the University of Toronto where I studied Linguistics and German, and did the final year of my BA Hons abroad in London. Throughout my university education I worked for the University doing graphic design. Work in the field helped fuel my passion, and after my final year I began working for Walker Crips and alongside the EnOC team.
What drives you?
I always like to improve on myself and learn new things, and my inner desire to do so has always been enough motivation to keep me going, as long as what I am doing involves moving forward.
What’s your favourite quote?
A couple of my favourite quotes are by Mark Twain, "If you tell the truth, you don't have to remember anything" and "The secret of getting ahead is getting started."
What do you enjoy most about your work at EnOC Technologies?
Because EnOC is innovative, it allows me to be creative and experimental and also gives me the opportunity to learn and develop my own skills.
